    It is all very subjective. Capt Ravishing trialled at Byford this morning, home in about 56.6 roughly, nice work but it weren't no Pacing Cup field. 

    Penny Black had a torrid passage last night, Lavra Joe every chance but couldn't get near Storm, Better Eclipse was better but would you put him in on that run? Just Call Me Miki went poorly.....whatever they decide, because there are no mandatory selection criteria as per heats, there will be unhappy owners and trainers.

    I havent been its Number 1 fan , but Never Endings last start was an eye catcher , so it has to be a top chance 

    Its had about 4-5 starts after 12months off the scene and i notice they have been racing it each fortnight , thats why it wasnt in the Navy Cup last night 

    It will be interesting who gets drive , T Wheeler drove it last start , G Hall will have stable committments ,   maybe J  Callaghan jumps back into the cart

    My take is 
    1 Mister Smartee 2 Mag.Storm 3 Minstrel  4 Wave Rider 5 Mighty Ronaldo 6 Never Ending 7 Penny Black 8 Little Darling 9 Gee Heza Sport 10 Golden Lode ,think all these will be in, with the last 2 spots and emergencies decided between Captain Ravishing ,Lavra Joe, Justcallmemiki and Better Eclipse.

    I suppose if NR has any meaning,  Aardiebytheseaside would have to be considered being 1 of 10 with a NR of 120.
    With that said pretty confident the top 10 stated,will get in.

    Lavra Joe, Capt Ravishing, Penny Black, Better Eclipse all got in over Golden Lode (1st Em) and Nerano (2nd Em).
