Luskin Dancer :?: As hard to catch, as a fly with a pair of tongs.

Just looked at the form for race 6 again and I still wouldn't pick the winner.
There are a few that could go around again, never got a run.

great win by luskin dancer. was my only bet for the day, i dont think his last start run was bad first up after a freshen up and i think the horse who overall had the most ability in the race, just needed to put it together which she did. fantastic win. fantastic ride. beautiful for the tipping comp as wel haha

jarrad noske - 1 ride 1 win - where has he been ?

General: On Inquiry Apprentice J. Noske (BIKE AAROMBA) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless
riding under ARR.137(a) for allowing his mount to shift inwards inside the 50m causing GOLDEN
HEART (A. Kennedy) to be tightened and restrained. Apprentice Noske subsequently had his permit to
ride in races suspended for a period of 18 days to commence from midnight 18 July 2009 and to expire
    at midnight 5 August 2009.

imo there is no way Golden Heart would have beaten Bike Aromba if there had been no interference.

Obviously the connections and stewards thought the same therefore no protest

Mark Miller also suspended for 16 days to commence midnight 12th July for his ride in Race 8

On Inquiry Jockey M. Miller (READY FOR LUCK) was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under ARR.137(a) for permitting his mount to take a run to the inside of SOLIDWICKEDCRUEL (A. Kennedy) leaving the 200m where in the opinion of the Stewards there was insufficient room which resulted in his mount bumping with and unbalancing SHIPYARD (P. King). Jockey M. Miller subsequently had his licence to ride in races suspended for a period of 16 days to commence from midnight 12 July 2009 and to expire at midnight 28 July 2009.

Upon further inquiry it was established that following this interference READY FOR LUCK (M. Miller) was then checked when tightened for room by SOLIDWICKEDCRUEL (A. Kennedy) which had been bumped and carried inwards slightly by VERSARC (T. Ikenushi).
