Hoops will be previewing this meeting for us.

Background, after running 3rd at his only start on a Saturday, copped two ratings points. A bit rough I would have thought? Has won nothing ($4500) and has to carry top weight

Dark Vision has left Adams and gone to Dean White after her last start win.

High Chapparal mare Maid of Ulster returns in the 7th. The colts and geldings have performed better in the past, but I think this one goes alright.

Lucasdemandas returns in the last after 2 1/2 years since his last run. Won two races as a late 2yo and hasnt won since. Went missing for 2 years from the end of '06 to the beginning of '09 aswell.

    That first race is very good

    the 4 horses resuming have all run good trials

    I will make sure Im in the grandstand for it anyway just incase KEYSTONE ROSE wins

    best thing Ive seen at a midweek meeting was last time when one of the young owners did a lap of the front grass in celebration - reckon he is hooked for life

    If Rafferty is near his top he wins has far to much class for that lot also the stock like the sting out of the deck

    The stud promo on WAR CHANT which was done by Perth Racing is superb

    His Group 1 turf win was amazing - Im sure we are gonna see some very good sons and daughters in the near future

    I'm just tipping horses I expect to improve a lot, Diamondsarelucky hinted at something in Northam, but then for some reason when to Saturday and up 600m, has been on rain effected tracks 2 of its 3 WA starts (good track record poor though), 1st up run it wasn't ready.

    Blinkers on, carrying 50kg in a mediocre field, who knows! I've priced it $21 but I am expecting to get longer.

    Good money for Nine Tenors in the first $3.50 to $3.10.

    Harvey's mount Keystone Rose was $2.80 to $4.20 late on one of the corporates.
