Its a joke that you CAN bet fixed odds on Toodyay with any state in Australia except Western Australia.
Pathetic customer service and to me it seems just plain stupid. I guess they want all their punters to open accounts
and bet with corporates or other Tabs?

    have you noticed that you cannot have fixed odds betting at belmont or ascot?

    they do not even have the tickets with the fixed odds option. apparently "they" don't get a kickback on fixed odds. we can bet fixed odds in any tab but not on track.

    pathetic!!

    This has always been a let down for me. If I go to the track I want every option???

    Yes as betting at a on course terminal means the commission goes to the club. Having a agency terminal on course to bet fixed odds means they only get 5% of all bet placed on that terminal.

    There was talk of trying to set up terminals to be able to split the difference of sports bet and para mutual bet fir the clubs commission but last I heard that was put on the back burner as there is " more important " things the stuff up.

    You can bet fixed odds on course at Belmont and Ascot Sat and midweek with player you do have to search for the single terminal and tote tickets

    Shambles and just really really poor service...undefendable really but would love to hear them bullshit bluster their way out of it...Well yes we can bet fixed odds on Devonport maidens but no way will we BET LOCAL...
