Obviously I dont punt or know much about punting ... Is there a reason why Baramagic in Race 6 is at 31s coming off a win in a similar distance race, same class, same track and similar track condition's?

I'm also not a punta, When a trainer has a horse inspected by the vet, with no abnormalities and  then tells the stipes its going to be sent to the paddock

......how can it rock up to the races 2 weeks later and start as the favourite!?!?!?!

You and me may be able to roll into the back of that Blue and white wagon together if we get lucky today Notapunta

An yeah 7 weeks is a freshen up/small break. But as we know that may be a week in the paddock!!

I’ve seen worse, but after such a bad run what would make anyone back it in!?!?!?

I've been a good boy lately @rio. That will probably change when Bunbury track re-opens however  =))

Looking pretty good. Track looks awesome and they are building the entry and toilet block at the moment.

I heard secondhand that re-opening day might be Melb Cup day? Or somewhere around that time, may be a bit sooner though?

They are having a meeting in October just before the Melbourne Cup. That's the plan I've heard at this stage

Correct, they have released the dates. Thursday 26th october first meeting. Great Idea to iron out any crinkles before they get a maximum crowd on cup day.

May have to plan a day and I’ll introduce you to Natapunta and a few other mates from the southwest.

I’ll be heading home at some stage but you’ll need to have a cab and room booked, or you could end up like Can McCarthy!!!

Then again if you can keep up with notapunta he always seems to find a ride home!!!
