lets not go off before we know what it actually is positive to. ric mcmahon in qld was stood down this week for a reported "failed drug test" and it turned out to be just a diuretic. could quite easily be more but i prefer not to hang someone until the substance is released.

fact is recreational drugs is the modern generations alcohol for a very high percentage. they get a higher high, rarely get messy falling over like when on the drink (see tentland). and pull up far better the next day. the world's changed. doesn't mean everyone's a heroin addict.

True. Met someone the other week who hardly drinks, prefers to go out and just take a few dexies and wake up the next day feeling fine.
No doubt much better for your liver, decision making, etc
  • I didnt know there was so mnay drugs you could take

How unfair to suggest that. Isn't there enough innuendo and rumours already. Last time I looked Chloe was an adult responsible for her own behaviour and decisions.
Maybe it may be better to wait for details, as already suggested, before we hang her.

Tramadol is part of the opiate family hence its prohibition.
Dexxies causes shizophrenia when taken irresponsibly, without prescription or with pot. They may seem innocent but are not to be mucked around with.

Can't believe that comment, your a BLOODY IDIOT. All recretional drugs are the problem with our society and if someone decides that they want to go out and take drugs just because they don't want a hangover and its cheaper, well I know where they will end up, in a big hole, and jsut deserts. The rumours have it that there is a serious problem at Lark Hill and thats why they get swabbed so frequently.

Obviously u guys r making an informed assessment.....not.
You would get more of a kick from a can of red bull. But more than 2 of those are far more hazardous to your health.
Mull, cigarettes & alcohol are all more harmful.
I pray for the day they make cigies either illegal or $200 a pack!
Smokers are just legal drug addicts and a blight on our health system!

why are we jamming dexies down our misbehaving kids throats at a rate of knots???
    Puzzling....
Long term damage to your health and state of mind.....I should think not or they wouldnt be prescribing them to our kids!

Funkster did actually say "a someone he met prefers them", not he prefers them.

    There are no good drugs.

Tramadol is nice in small doses if you have aches and pains. I float on these and every now and then I want my knee to flare up.

Dexxies are creating a youth culture of drug dis-orientation. Im still hooked on them at 48.

Marijuana should only be taken by ingestion, preferably in a cake form so that granny can still enjoy and say in disbelief, " this is a nice cake" and then two hours later you realize that those in Gods Waiting room should be looked after by means of psychedlic drugs to nullify the pains of age and to create a peaceful and rewarding passage through the pearly gates. We know Jesus was way cool. Back in those olden days the smoked a bit of gear and through the ages it is written in the bible that Joseph had a pretty cool psychedelic coat. It was cool in biblical days to have a sample.

Smoking cigarettes is the worst drug of all but as previously mentioned by The Funk. They are a disgrace and head the list as demonic yet in our culture perfectly legal. Yes $200 per packet but then how would our Govt. react. We need cigarettes just like we need crime. It is the way our society works.

A friend of mine once said he only liked good heroin. I found a good mate dead when I was 19. Injected a so-called hit of good heroin into his arm and alas that was the end. It haunts me to this day.

Some forms of drugs are more than acceptable, if taken in a manner which is not outside the realms of acceptable behaviour. Everything in moderation. Yet those that smoke cigarettes are the biggest destroyers of health. Don't whinge smokers - you are the idiots, just like me, who enjoys a quiet smoke every now and then. I am dumb like you too.

High on life. It is the only way.

Maybe you can find God. Those born again christians chant and carry on like lunatics when they find the Lord.

I could shoot born again christians. I don't like them one bit. They give God a bad name.

The nights are delightful at this time of year.

i have no idea what dexies are diva(being an old bastard!), but they certainly would(and do) prescribe drugs that are harmful to your kids(and adults too).
more people probably die from the use of prescription drugs than illegal ones.
half the doctors in australia are simply legalised drug pushers doing the bidding of the drug companies.
and yes, i hate doctors, and i hate drugs(legal and illegal).
  • I FOUND THIS VIDEO VERY EDUCATIONAL -

goose I was a casual user of the odd party drug in my younger days, even tested positive myself for speed and was barred from riding work for 6 months about 6 weeks after my 18th birthday. best thing that ever happened to me as i could've spiralled out of control. made me wake up.
I always pulled up better than if i was on the drink. Being an addict is of course a different issue re the depression etc. Nowadays I'm very happy to wake up with a throbbing headache instead.

One thing is for sure and certain. I'd rather be at a party with people smoking weed or having a few lines of coke than at a party full of drunks.

Alcohol and Ciggarettes....bad choice people. If you're going to make 2 drugs legal why choose these 2(oh you can tax them...thats right).

There are better drugs....and better drugs for you.

It's all about perception and what the media tell the uninformed.....

The best drug, the best high I ever had is the winning feeling! First ever winner (as an owner) was priceless and cant ever be replicated. It was better than the time I jumped out of a plane (just).
Second time was good, but never as good as the first.
A bit off topic, but I wonder if blokes like Bob Peters still get a high from winning a race or do you become a bit immune?
Sorry, slightly off topic, but still sort of on topic....
