I will go for ON THE CARPET at $31

has had no chance from the wide draws at recent starts - should get a much easier run tomorrow and with the favs drawn wide it could be a surprise race

    Hasnt won in a long long time and Im bugggered if I can see how it ran 8th in its trial......looked to be 5th or 6th to me. Must be a hideous angle at Lark Hill!

    I was keen on Bliss St as i have already backed her but going to have something also on Bennys as its trainer was very bullish in todays paper reckons its a monty if you swapped jocks Bennys would be 1.50 if Pike was on

    Hadbeklorka im all over it massive run in the Bunb stakes got 9s and 3.20 yesterday back to 1200m his record is brilliant been in the money 12 form 20 outings at 1200m not worried about the weight great eway chance if they go hard up front he is a good thing

    Safe to say The Carpet is very frayed. Those that backed it are left with carpet burns. Glad I didn't back it.

    I may have had somne success today, but unlike others I won't lose any sleep if my roughie pays $8.10 in stead of $8.20. I hope someone else got on and made a $ or two :thumbup:

    of course i was heavily involved in family activities at that stage and didn't get on. given that my only investment prior was a heavy each way bet on Masthead in the slipper I am not a happy camper. :evil:
