    tim, did you get the wests heritage perth weekend brochure? its on this weekend.
    interesting piece on trotting..
    1st race meeting 26th dec. 1929, crowd of 17,000.
    final cost was 100,000 quid at the time of the depression, the track was described as one of the best in the world..
    if you are in the smoke on sunday, half hour tours from 10,11 and 12 o'clock.
