The WATAB is not worth $300M
-
Rwwa will not decide whether the WATAB will be sold. It is merely the operator of the business. The decision to keep or sell the TAB is that of its owner - the WA Government.

Anyone that thinks it’s easy has zero clue.

The corporates in Australia are enjoying massive turnovers.

Agree totally with Rio. Shortte did an amazing job and I am sure that Deano’s family were very proud of what he put together and delivered so beautifully.

5 years must be a record. May be related to climate change

I can vouch for Dean being one of the most knowledgeable in the greyhound game. And a very fair-minded bloke that was generous with his time and help to others.

The Super Stayers Final Box Draw was conducted on track after race 11 on heats night, in front of a sizeable audience, plus televised live on the GRV facebook.

I liked it.

If you can go to the casino for free, take your kids to the park for free, watch the footy or races on TV for free, then getting into Belmont next Saturday should also be free.

I care about it and I am disappointed that the horse codes have stayed silent in support (mind you in NSW they are bitter enemies because of the Intercode Agreement). All of the horse industry need to be on notice. Don't worry the greyhound code in …

I am thinking about launching a campaign Punk 4 Premier. He's better looking than our current one.

Not sure why you would spend millions of dollars on fancy advertising to get punters to your site only to turn them away. Live streaming and race replays is one major plus for TABTouch but looks like it is the case that RWWA wants to introduce hurdl…

Give it time, that's all I say.

Surely Wolfy wins "The Post of the Year". If not perhaps the next CEO of Perth Racing could commission an exhaustive study into why not.

David Simonette is a member of WARRG and they are the group endorsed to represent the racing industry in matters of the potential sale. The Government have their own people and WARRG's role is to provide the industry perspective, ie ensure that the …

Corporates will flag an account then restrict/bar an account if they suspect you know more than them. Astute players will identify pre-post "overs" and that is a risk the book manager wants to avoid. Have a multi which includes more than a couple o…

Hi Rio, no offence meant to you re your comment, just that a lot of work has been put into representation of the industry by WARRG.
-
Rio what makes you so confident that the industry isn't approaching the potential TAB sale correctly? And how would you do it different to WARRG?

Think the Goose is on the money.

Are we thinking that the Breakfast Show will have a significant line-up change?
