All the best for a safe and speedy recovery Jake. It's never a nice thing when something like this happens. Best Wishes champ. :-bd

It looks to me like this is the kind of horse who could be very competitive in some of the Country Cups for next year. I'm thinking along the lines of the Narrogin, Mount Barker and Albany cups and for $1500, that's pretty good value.

The horse has been one run behind this prep. I think last starts run would have topped him up nicely fitness wise for this race. Will be keeping a close eye on him as it would be nice to see a couple of trade fairs in the railway to give the local b…

1 horse in particular to keep an :-B on today is number 4 in race 8, Wild Ruby. The horse has won 3 from 3 in Albany and it doesn't appear to be an overly strong field to be coming up against in her City debut. Drawing barrier 9 of 10 is a concer…

Turn your iPhone on its side to read in landscape and it suddenly appears. You can then return your phone to upright and proceed as normal. I know this doesn't fix the issue but at least it gets you working again. Cheers Allgood. It works well with…

There looks to be some nice value in that lot Coldy. Three of them should start as favourites, but the other five should offer good each way value.

have a look what he beat in the trial, raff...and how long ago. I am certainly aware of that Falcon that it wasn't the classiest opposition that you will come across. But he is still entitled to start in Maiden Company if the trainer desires, so the…

Are we forgetting about the winner of the Colonel Reeves Stakes last Tuesday? Or does S.K need to prove himself a little bit more than he already has :-/ :-??

3 bets for me an eachway allups @H-BOMBER style Rotana beach Aerozine Fancy feet Aerozine might just 'fly' under the radar of some of his more fancied rivals today Razor. The horse won his only trial by 7 lengths back in July and he is entitled to…

I think the Ascot Gold Cup will be run at a fairly good tempo tomorrow. Kirov Boy is a noted on speed runner and having drawn 18 of 18 tomorrow (before the final scratchings), I don't think Danny M will have too many problems finding the lead. Wheth…

Ah, I see. Thanks for that Precision ;)

Best bet Shilling in the last . The horse had been racing in mid week City company during his last campaign and did win a race in the process too. I do think he's the best horse in the race, but drawing barrier 12 of 12 is probably not ideal first …

guys i'm a member and not going...hate to see the tickets wasted. any non yobbo who would not be kicked out of "Gods Waiting Room" give me a yell.... I would rather be at Flemington. RIO and Punting Tragic( aka, aka, aka, aka, aka.....) on the same…

I'd imagine there was a real 'Spring Carnival' like vibe over there hey Dungy? I hope you got a chance to get outside for a while to see it for yourself ;)

My 3 biggies for the day, Silver Magic ShipsThe EntourageWild ChargerI also have an inkling for Dubai Escapade, also tipping Vengabus to cause an upset in Race 1 The wheels of steel will be turning for you early if V.B has a win tomorrow. A real pop…

And also Falc, the majority of the more fancied sprinters have drawn single digit barriers. Smoko 2, Rock Magic 3, Shining Knight 5 etc should all get the run of the race (although S.K may well sit just off the pace and come with his customary late …

Ha ha Oli I hear what you're saying for sure. His attack on the ball and his courage in general is first class. Yes he has missed a few games through suspension, but mainly through collecting a player with a late bump just after disposing of the ba…

I agree it's a good sprint race Dungy so I thought it deserved a thread of it's own too ;)

I think Diva and I would prefer you to refer to either Jack Ziebell or Andrew Swallow at the bottom of that pack Scotty. Each to their own though in whom they support and I don't mind following both WA teams as a 2nd preference to the Roos ;)

Elite is a true champion. They made the right decision to send her for a spell after the Hyperion. That is pretty much what Bob P mentioned in the post race interview. There were a couple of other races that she could have run in during her last pr…

I don't think Oakhurst Flyer will be getting to the front too easily today. It's only an average sized field I know, but drawing barrier 8 of 9 is probably not ideal for a front runner and Mac It Is will probably try to dictate terms himself from ba…

Another big effort from Bali boy to chase down a horse carrying 8 less kilos than himself. And well done to Danielle Conroy too for getting the horse home in a close finish. Way to go Bondy, Errol & connections

i heard Durant interviewed after the race and he said that today was the end of his city riding for at least 6 months and he is back out to the bush now to learn race riding. Then i notice he has 2 rides on Saturday!!!!! Not for Durant though. I t…

These 3 will be fairly short I would say, but they should all go close. Malibu Style, Flytego and This Cat Rocks. It might be worth backing 1 into the other, but Maiden horses are hard to get a guide on & you'll probably have to go for the win…

I hope I don't regret actually not putting this bet on. 1 out of 3 so far and 2 good chances to follow #-o

The 1 concern I have for Pure Glamour is barrier 9 of 9. But she has the right jockey on board to help her overcome this.
-
I still think Bonny Zara will find 1 better than her today. You can't go past the form of Fathnoxious at the moment. Prefer to see a horse going up in distance than down in distance too ;)

There may have been a couple of frozen ~:>'s with the prize back then too ;)

I am not dissapointed in getting pick 25 for Levi Greenwood. He didn't want to play for the Kangaroos (or would prefer to be at Collingwood anyway), and you can't blame him for accepting the 4 year contract worth more than 1.5 million. Trent Dumont…
