    I'm backing Kersleys horses in the last two races.

    Race 7 number 9 North Ridge, Blinkers first time, hope it helps, $27.00 win

    Race 8 number 2 and 6 Cappo Doro and Lee Schiller, have $20 a win on each.

    I always back stablemates in the one race, unless one of them is $2.50 or less, then I leave that one out. I have had a fair amount of success doing it, when  more often than not the least fancied stablemate will win.

    I started doing it after a race at Sandown about 30 years ago. 

    There were two stablemates in the race, my mate owned the 4/1 chance which was declared a certainty by the trainer, so we backed it into 5/2. I had a very big bet on it. The stablemate was in to make the pace for ours, and according to the trainer would be gone at the furlong. It was 33/1. You know what happened, it led all the way, ours ran second beaten a neck with 5 lengths to the third horse.
    Since that day, if I like one in a race, but there are also one or two stablemates in the race, I'm on them.

    I hope the system can work today whichever of Fred's horses hopefully win in the last.
