I seriously reckon the stewards are doing things to reduce the potential impact...the past 3 or 4 weeks have been conspiracy free in my opinion...but then again i have stopped looking too!!!
Technically not 'Perth' Racing . . . but personnel are

but before you answer - I for one, do not think that all is rosey at this current juncture within racing in WA . RWWA's verbose, handcrafted statement, simply gives lip service in addressing points which have been openly discussed on this forum - but more importantly, have been and are discussed, at every racecourse and (I would imagine) are discussed in many racing households daily.

I agree, this forum has bought and kept this subject in the spotlight...There have been many races discussed on here over the past 12 months..Enough to get them to look.....
Due to people within RWWA being tarred by involvement in the AC affair, i find it incredulous to see them involved with Integrity....this one aspect alone is enough to question the capacity of any RWWA investigation in relation to corruption, dishonesty and questionable behaviour within its jurisdiction...
I'm confident it is the start, but anyone with an interest in this has to keep pushing, and discussions on here have become very tiresome... So it may be time to start telling the stories to people other than us and RWWA..
Most people (even forum members) think the majority of races in WA don`t have a problem.
However there are some races that blind freddie could see something isn`t right.
You make out we are all conspiracy theorists and suggest its a case of pro punters doing the form better than anyone on here.
Those are 2 of the most uneducated comments on this forum.
If everyone took your suggestion and didn`t punt on WA racing every participant would be worse off.
I don`t know if you`re unaware or just plain stupid but if no-one punts there is no stakemoney.
The majority of people can see that integrity is linked to the financial status of the racing industry.
You obviously don`t see that link.

You make a stupid (thats right stupid) comment, that if people don`t like it don`t bet on it, as a solution to the issue.
This is a forum and if you see something that warrants discussion thats what you do.
I would suggest that if you don`t like what is discussed, you might be better of logging on elsewhere (just like your suggestion to punters).

the bloke that agrees with everything you say is..........so maybe you are too?
Regarding that Geiger Rio race, these horses had previously led with success in that race.

Du Printemps also sat 8th that day, the furthest back it had raced since 2011, and that's from 10 runs.
Conversely, Geiger Rio had never previously led, 1 of 3 in that field of 11.
If you're not going to do your form and show your total ignorance of horse racing, I suggest you shut up.

And I gave you an answer.
No need for the personal insult mate.

it was the decider for me, in that i won't support places where integrity asks no questions and demonstrate that they are way out of their depth.
two horses were given absolutely none in that race, and one could even be forgiven for thinking they were riding shotgun for the winner.
the joint may be on the up and up now, i don't know, because i don't follow the joint these days.
that's the options punters have these days, they can talk with their feet.
the stewards talk the talk, but they never ever walk the walk.
too many times they stay silent when questions are begging to be asked.
so i actually blame integrity for all that is wrong with wa racing.
I'm hoping my horse buying ventures aren't as bad as my punting ventures..although based on past performances they both have a lot of room for improvement!!! ;)
Oh and i do hear you about a bit of respect for all those people in our industry..the good ones get it in massive amounts from me..don't have to earn it..they have my respect..but as they come unstuck they cop just as much or more derision.
Shane Edwards, Mark Reed, untold amount of Jockeys being stood down for drugs...Don't need them to be making my job harder as an owner... It is more significant than 0.01%
it probably would have won without the help, who knows?
but help it DID get.

So this must fall into the 0.1% of races which you, yourself determine to be not "...honest and above board."
Because that is what most of us are saying - We like WA racing, we are involved, but sometimes there is something which needs explaining and falls into - Yes, your 0.1%
- and given that percentage, there must be a couple more, somewhere !
godockers quote reminder " I do believe that 99.9 % of races and racing people in Western australia are honest and above board ,"

Actually, I won't, because I know 'godockers' doesn't actually believe it himself.
Why am I still here?
