CAMPORELLA back this week with 60kg in the 3yo race.will be interesting.

    My initial thought was that Dan might use Jordan Mallyons 1.5 kilo claim as Mallyon has been in reasonable form lately and rode a winner for Dan on Sunday. But Jarrad Noske has been booked for the ride so she will be carrying her full weight impost of 60 kilograms which is a big ask. And Jarrad will need to be at his absolute best to get her into a winning position from barrier 12 of 13. You would think having her on the speed or at worst midfield is the best way to go with a weight like that and if the lighter weighted horses run her down in th straight well they deserve to beat her. But she is all class with a capital C this horse so it will still take a quality performance from an opposing runner to beat her home.

    She is not an easy filly to ride with her tendency to over race,that is why I presume JN is riding her as he knows her well.WP still on holiday I would think the field size for sat will end up being 8 or 9..A chance of an interstate trip I would think, she has been nominated for the 1000 guineas, I saw that in the noms on racenet.

    Interesting read in today paper looks like Grant and Alana have got all of Elios horses now i think Lindsay has Modello and Dan Morton maybe 1 or 2  but thats all Lindsay Smiths barn would be quite empty i reckon doesnt have a lot of runners /winners of late

    Pretty ironic considering he had Bobs horses at one stage as well. Grant used to work with Lindsay and was taught a lot by him. Obviously the apprentice has become the master reckon puffer will be the leading trainer within the next two years.

    Well Camporella at @2. up in weight and back to 1000
    Spin da wheels @ 7 ..33.63 and 4.5kg lighter(yes its only 1000) BUT..I think a small eachway on SDW is my go

    Just can get why Jimmy Taylor has taken C Parnam off Thateldo and put J Brown onits a jump and run horse   i would have thought another 2 kg would really stretch Camporella 1st up on a sloggy track

    Check trials monday and you will find a few your looking for will be there.....  And no neither of you are spot on, keep watching and I will bet you both I make money this racing season.... :)

    Really, well considering it was only the horses second race in the state and we only used last weeks as a trial, it was actually only its first race in the state and it was 100th second from 4th... We have stepped this horse up from running in $10K races to Saturday class first prep.....  Open your eyes pal.....  I have 18 here in the state... keep watching... oh yeah i think i got paid for the place today also.... we will sneak her into the 1400 mid week in 11 days and see how we go....

    In regards to fees, I am a businessman pal, my background is in restructuring companies so you would hope NEGOTIATIONS would be in my skill set......

    I think Astra Sky also got 2nd last Saturday???  When you have $1000 at 16 - 1 fixed for a place that also contributes to the monthly costs.....

    Didnt back either but gee the girl on I see Luck put the stick away and tried to ride very   cute1 more hit and it wins  over the last 50m young Chris just far to good in a tight finish
