Bet365 refuse to pay

West Australian Racing
I can answer the last line of this article... NO, they dont refuse to take your money if you lose (and have deposited from third party account).

No surprise at all. Both mine and "my missus" accounts are both severely limited (10c-30c). Took about $10k off then with my own account years ago but I was smart and bet over a variety of Racing and Sports.

My missus account lasted 2 days and $1k later betting purely Greyhounds.

Winning isn't good business, it's as simple as that and until we have minimum bet laws over all codes and sports Punters will continue to be screwed over.

And not this stupid after 9pm on the day rubbish. If you're prepared to frame a market yourself 2 days before, then you should be prepared to take a decent bet at that price...

i think its fine if they dont want to bet bowlers.. no problems
but they knew there was a deposit from a third party account PRIOR to bets being placed.
but they allowed those bets to happen UNTIL they got claimed for a win.
ONLY THEN are they playing the third party deposit card.

Its the fact they'll take ANY money, bowler or not, until that account has a win... ONLY THEN do they refuse to pay.

If they were fair dinkum about third party betting, bowlers and anti money laundering... they would pick up a third party deposit immediately the deposit is made and refuse to bet the account at that point.

Make no mistake, this is just another bookie behaving badly.

If by some miracle Bet365 win i hope the judge in his summation insists on Bet 365 going through all their records over the past 20 years and refund all moneys deposited into accounts by third parties that resulted in losing bets. As they would have proved that those bets should never be allowed to have been put on in the first place.

aeven if Bet365 won this case...they would eventually lose i reckon
    :D

Yes, so what you should do is only fund your account with third party deposits.
If you lose - just claim it back, as per their own rules.
    Risk free betting.

Most bookies will allow joint accounts. I'm off the punt for reasons such as this and many others. Still love my racing, but won't punt except for Derby Day and major doubles in the spring carnival. Have made the decision to put my punting budget toward breeding.
