I do have one bit of credit to pay to WC supporters this week.

There on Friday night was the first time I've ever heard their supporters, en masse, be bashful and even cringe a bit as to the favorable treatment their team received from the men in lime green.

I had multiple people turn / come up to me alone shaking their heads / drawing a breath.

I fell off my chair when I read your first line suggesting you were going to pay credit to West Coast Eagles fans, but when I got back up I read the rest including the backhander aimed at how we win games because of the umps then the world was set right again...

Yes, it was terrible all round, a couple of howlers combined with the ridiculous out of bounds interpretations. We received a number of frees inside 50, I believe most of them were there bar 1 or 2 really bad ones, Richmond being second to the ball and jumping on our backs, tackling high etc were the factors for the majority...

if you have to rely on the umpires decisions going your way, then you deserve to lose...The umpiring was the same at that ground as it was at every ground. Think that eagles fan was shaking his head at you being at the ground and supporting such a feeble bunch of front runners Tivers ;)

Not specific to any one game, but I cannot stand the acting (ala Ty Vickery) players resort to, the old "slip the arm up to look like over the shoulder" and the new out of bounds interpretation.

Mods, is there any way you can add a stupidity filter on this forum? in fact Channel 9 not far off the mark the Eagles have turned into a half a point behind Hawthorn for the favourite for the premiership. Have no idea why people would back them this early in when they have beaten nothing and all at home, maybe stupid people have you had a bet occy?

Really? So why is it that there are so many visible empty seats on televised matches. I do not trust those stats. I have never witnessed the amount of empty seating at matches that are currently visible on televised matches.

Why is Dustin Martin playing off a HFF and not in the guts?

He is their most dynamic player around the clearances with a penetrating kick.

If the sole reason is to temporarily replace Deledio then they have NFI.

Hardwick has to go.

Pretty sure WC can finish top 2, they can chalk up 12 home wins pretty well now, they are 5 goal better side at home (NB:One home win is a Freo home game, but same dog just different leg)
