Carnage at the Valley so far favs getting rolled in every race bar the 1st ..which can happen at that sometimes prick of a place!

Big John and Mott killing it. I used to back Mott, but discounted Beau Rada from my EW as I don't have any confidence in which bloke will ride (Jekyll or Hide). Good to see him back in form on good horses. Mc Ardle doesn't race them unless they have a chance usually.

^^ yep i backed beau rada last start too..oh well i doubted it with 59 & 1 gate and it won in identical fashion..

Not sure what their gonna do tactics wise with I Am A Star...

Rock Magic would've won with a better jump. Leave him there, he'll pay for the trip.

Super win by SS! swoopers have been suited in 5 of the 7 races idk if the inside is off? but Star Turn got swamped and he railed to the front off a very economical run 3rd the fence...
Rock Magic flashed home nearly nutted ST phew...very good run.

That short MV straight seemed to be the difference. He'll have no trouble performing over there, I doubt he'll start double figure odds again though.

Looks like a very heavy track at Rosehill again..mudlark Jungle Fever should salute in r2.
r3 same deal Astronomos but im going to punt on Zasorceress handling the ground and throw her in a quin and exacta and a place heavy ew bet also.

Mornington r8 i like Red Is The Rose.
In the cup the import The Gold Trail is a very interesting runner actually looks well in with 59.5, Boom Time should run a race but only getting 2kg off TGT mite find him hard to get past.l will leg in quinella 3 with 2,6 & 7 may also back the fav.

Regan Bayliss after he rode Boom Time in the Australian Cup said the Mornington Cup was his race.
    That will do me.

Boom Time running in the Listed Mornington Cup today but there is massive reward for the winner of the Mornington Cup - the winner is GURANTEED a start in the Caulfield Cup.

Good 4th Rock Magic in the Group 1. First four dividend on that race paid well. Rock Magic spiced it up.

Like Kenjorwood in the next at "mud central" aka Rosehill...

Like the way Snitzelwood won the last race at Mornington, heady ride by Corey Bayliss.

Anyone else watch Rock With You win at Benalla..?? just a lowly maiden but won by maybe 15 lengths..wow some win it!!

Anyone see Spectroscope win the prelude today? I missed it today but backed it during the week for the Doncaster at 50s hoping it would run well

I'm backing Noble Truth EW and Prized Icon W in the Tulloch. Boxing 1,2,10,12,13. Have had a couple of good wins on Garbhan and would be disappointed if I left him out of the tri.

There's some pretty good heavy track racing at Doomben as well. Got on Caillebotte and tried to jag an in order FF, but missed. Needed Camacina to run 2nd. Will most likely leave the rest of the card alone and concentrate on Ascot were I have 6 black bookers running.

Spectroscope to run in the Doncaster, will carry 51kg with Moreira to ride. The $51 not looking too bad now :)

WA horses Vega Magic and Samovare will be transferred to the Hayes and Dabernig stable, Vega Magic is likely to run in the G1 Goodwood first up and the G1 Rupert Clarke Stakes in the spring is an option too. As for Samovare she will be assessed when she arrives at the stable for suitable options. Also Rock Magic may run in the TJ Smith.

That's good overs. Can bet back and win win. Not a fan of the magic man in Sydney..

Another 30-60mm of rain in Sydney this week. Sick of the heavy tracks, and I bet a few trainers are too.
