Watched the Bulls do a number on the Knicks (can't make finals they r no good) and then watched Westbrook take apart the Blazers single handedly in the first half by himself only for the Blazers to out score OKC by 19 in the last quarter for a comfortable win. OKC need Durant back and quick !!
  • AceVAceV    181 posts

OKC be 0-2 by the end of today. They need Reggie Jackson back to lend Westbrook a hand cos Durant is still a long way from coming back.

The east is  Bulls and  Cavs. The west is Spurs and Clippers. Thats my early predicition.

How often does it happen you bag a team and then they come out and beat the Cavs away after getting a lesson from the Bulls the night before at home !! Gotta love the NBA

    FINALS - GAME 1 (O/T)
    WARRIORS 108 (Curry 26, Thompson 21)
    CAVALIERS 100 (James 44, Irving 23)

    Bogut: 28 min, 4 pts (2/5), 7 reb, 3 ast, 2 blk
    Dellavedova: 9 min, 0 pts (0/0), 3 ast, 1 reb

    Good to see
    a) Two Australians playing in the finals
    b) Someone different winning for a change. Golden State hasn't won since 1974-75 season, Cleveland has never won the title.

Kyrie Irving was born in Melbourne.

Dellavadova has a huge future in Spain. Great defensive guard.

If Lebron can lift the Cavaliers in this series without Irving he'll reach Jordan status

Difference between LeBron and Jordan is Jordan makes that lay up to win game 2 just then not miss like LeBro. Just did ;)

Dellavedova is an animal in defence absolutely strangled Curry if he can do a job like that in every game going forward Cavs are still in this final

I still don't rate Lebron above Kobe yet.

Great finals series so far. Still think in will end 4-2 golden state.

Standard was pretty ordinary to be honest.
Golden state were woeful and still almost won. I still don't think the cavs will win another 2.

$1.75 Golden State tomorrow is a very good price even at Cleveland. Think it will be a blowout start to finish.

I watched replay last night from late in 3rd to finish did not see Bogut get any playing time. GSW were better with him off the court it seemed. Curry was not looking very happy when they left the court at games end.

If Curry & Thompson get hot hard for a beat up Cavs to stop them, but hope they do. Cannot stand GSW
  • TiversTivers    7,720 posts
Yeah, I wanted GSW to win for Bogey, but I'm all aboard the Delly Train now.....................
Seriously thinking of flying to "The Land"
  • JordanJordan    1,827 posts
Take GWS at the line Cavs got nothing left in the tank 3 tough games with plenty of minutes for LeBron and Delly think Curry will light it up tomorrow

It was, but more so GSW bit players Igoduala & Livingston. Cav's had an off night, but it was to be expected. Cannot see them holding out GSW now, which is a shame as I can't cop Curry, Green, Thompson.

Bogut is on the outer, very minnimal minutes last 2 games.

Stopped LBJ - stopped the Cavs.
Delly was good, considering he was exhausted.
    Still kept Curry quiet.

    GSW just stopped LeBron.

    WARRIORS 104 (Curry 37, Green 16)
    CAVALIERS 91 (James 40, Thompson 19)

    LeBron James - 40 pts, 14 rebs, 11 asts.
Only Jerry West (Game 7 1968/69) has had a 40-point triple-double in the NBA Finals.
